Employees and Sub-contractors

SWORD provides a special table to record employees and sub-contractors and it is used to populate Service Orders and Assignments.






The Employee and Contractor table has been pre-sorted on each table for quick reference and lookup.



[A] Select the Type of Personnel for easy grouping.


[B] The User Level(s) determine which orders are available for viewing, editing and printing of Service Orders.


[C] Check the [ ] System User checkbox to show who are SWORD users.


[D] Check the [ ] Open CRM @ Login checkbox to automatically open the users CRM follow-up table at startup.


[E] Click on the User Security button to access login and password information. (Requires Supervisor User to Access)
