Expense Items

The Expense Items table is located under the FILE>PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION>EXPENSE ITEMS menu option.




The purpose of this table is to store a standardized list of Expense Items that can be applied to the Expense Log and to the creation of Expense Reports.


Cost Each: Use the cost each as a budgeted amount. Higher or lower amounts may be approved in the actual Expense module.
